Missing DVR on mobile app

We have 3 boxes in our home. Two  HD DVR's and one HD box. Using the Xfinity mobile app I am able to see and control (change channels) just one of the DVR's and the cable box. The 2nd DVR does not show up in the list. What might be the problem?

Hi - if you message me directly, perhaps I can help.  Just need your name on the account to see if your DVR STB is eligible.

Similar problem here. Have one DVR and one HD box. Only see HD box and NOT DVR in mobile app. Very occasionally I can see the DVR, but most of the time not. Even when I disconnect HD box, it is still the only one I can see in mobile app. Anyone know how to get mobile app to see my DVR???

I have this exact problem as well.  I have a total of 5 DVR's in the house and the only DVR I cannot pick up is the one in my room of course.  I have the new Motorolla DCX 3400 box and the site and app only finds 4 / 5 of the boxes.  Please Help!
