Missing Channels and Error 12012

Missing Channels and Error 12012

Just started having issues with my X1 App for Apple.  Some of my channels have dissappeared and some of the channels now give me an error 12012.  Nothing has changed on my end.  Has something changed with the app?

I am having the same problem myself. Also many many others are having this issue. Put in an "escalation" ticket and join the line.

This is happening to me as well.  It was escallated and someone left me a message that it was fixed.  I called them back and told them it was still NOT working.  No call back and app is still not working.  I'm not sure what to do at this point.

His is exactly where I am in the process as well. Received a voicemail that it was fixed, but it is not. Still not resolved.

Error Code 12012 occurs because you may not be subscribed to the service or there may be technical issues with the system.

peppergg -- In your case, channel 716 isn't on the list of channels you subscribe to.

ZACH IM HAVING THE SAME ERROR CODE,ESCALATION TICKET FILED,just started this today,ive been on hold for a hour...please help

Error Code 12012 occurs because you may not be subscribed to the service or there may be technical issues with the system. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please let us know.

No I have the subcription, it was working fine then it just went out,I use it all the time ,according to customer service they were unaware of any problems so they filled out a ticket,but I couldn't hold any longer then a hour I was at work

Thank you contacting us back. After review of your account, I see that you spoke to someone on 04/27/2016 and you were informed of not being subscribed to Fox Sports 1. A ticket was put in the system and once it resolved or if additional information is needed, someone will contact you. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please let us know.

It's fixed now but I was not informed of not having fox sports 1,becuz I do have it and have had it since I've gotten xfinity,like I said I wasn't having any issues with this everything was working then it just stopped working and there was NO subscription change
