Just started having issues with my X1 App for Apple. Some of my channels have dissappeared and some of the channels now give me an error 12012. Nothing has changed on my end. Has something changed with the app?
This is happening to me as well. It was escallated and someone left me a message that it was fixed. I called them back and told them it was still NOT working. No call back and app is still not working. I'm not sure what to do at this point.
Error Code 12012 occurs because you may not be subscribed to the service or there may be technical issues with the system.
peppergg -- In your case, channel 716 isn't on the list of channels you subscribe to.
