I have been trying to watch Tangled and some others, and when I try a screen comes up that says
"You're almost ready to watch Tangled
Please upgrade your Microsoft Silverlight plug-in to begin watching this video."
I have done what it says to do and more. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted my PC, and it still wont work.
Please help, Elizabeth
I am having the same issue. Don't know a solution, just thought I'd chime in.
Try downloading it from here and then try again.

I'm at my workplace and am having same problem. Tried the link you added, but still can't work. Running Windows Enterprise 64 bit, and error message keeps saying: is not a valid Win32 application.
I am also having the same issue. Netflix works fine(which is silverlight). Im able to see some shows, but not tohers such as The Sopranos and Curb Your Enthusism. I am also thinking this is a comcast issue. Although I dont completely blame them, I dont have much good to say about silverlight.
I'm on the phone with comcast tech support, no solution yet - have tried all kinds of things, even going to firefox (i'm on chrome), restarting silverlight, reloading, upgrading, enabling, disabling...no change. Why did this just start? i was watching stuff fine until last night??
scroll down and install the last 4. version of silverlight
i did all that - then when you run a video you may get a message that silverlight is out of date, do you want to upgrade or run this time - choose run this time and it'll run
a temporary fix - it's comcast's problem, NOT your computer!!
