Managing devices

I have a person using my account that I would like to remove from my services. How can I go about getting them off my account? They are not connected to my account in any way, they are only using my streaming services.

Only a comcast rep can. You will have to chage your password, then a rep can remove all registered devices. This will cause everyone to login again.

Please change your password on your account. I've removed all devices from your account. Changing the password will ensure that they cannot log back in using your services.
