MISSING QUEUE

WHERE DID MY TV QUEUE GO?

I JUST LOGGED IN TO CHECK IT AND THERE IS NOTHING THERE.

IT SUGGESTS THAT I SET IT UP?

Hi all,

 

Programs that you have stored in your Queue but are not available will now appear on your Queue page.

I'm logged in, and my queue is also missing.

I can only see the list of movies that are currently available (under Queue->All), but not the one that contains the titles that are currently not available. This list used to appear below the currently available list.

Is there a way to bring this (much longer) list back?

Can you give me some examples of some movies that are missing and some that are available.

Hi Joe,  I have the identical problem.  The 20-25 movies I had under "Not Available" in the queue are missing.  If I search for one of these movies, it indicates that yes it is not available, and it is in the queue.  But it does not show in the queue  The list above the not available "Movies" seems to have all of the movies .  I don't think that it is related to any specfic movies.

Examples:

  • "The Artist", "Born to Be Wild", and "The Lucky One" are in my queue and available, and are currently displayed in the queue under "Movies".
  • "We Need To Talk About Kevin", "Arthur Christmas" and "Iron Sky" are in my queue and currently not available. They used to be listed in the queue under "Currently unavailable", but this list has disappeared.

 


I and probably many other customers carefully curated this list to store titles until they become available.

I am having the same issue. Does Comcast monitor this board or are we just yelling into space?

Wake up, Comcast.  At least let me get my queue so I can save it somewhere else and not make the mistake of relying on you.
