MICROSOFT SILVERLIGHT

MICROSOFT SILVERLIGHT

   I just downloaded the Silverlight program so I could watch videos online......but it says that I have to first subscribe to STARZ in order to do it......i've been a subscriber of STARZ for years........what's going on????

comcast must have your account set up wrong. you need to call

Are you logged in with your Comcast ID or Comcast.net e-mail address?

 

Is Starz working on your TV and On Demand?

 

Also, try deleting your cookies, cache, and history and then please try again.
