Lost viewing ability

I lost my ability to watch tv on my laptop recently. No help from xfinity support. I did a "system restore" and chose a restore point at around the last time I remember it working properly. There had been a "windows update". This appears to be no fault of Xfinity's cept for the fact that they did not keep up with the updates. GOOD NEWS!!! It worked just as before after the restore. Try it; you'll like it!!!
