Login connects to wrong account

I just tonight am experiencing a very odd issue. Apparently when I login to my xfinity remote app on my iPhone, I am shown data from a different DVR not of my own. I have 3 cable boxes in my home custom named and the xfinity app shows tv with default names. I also looked at the recordings on the DVR in the app and they do not match the recording on my physical DVR. Has anyone experienced this before??

1. Sign into the XFINITY TV Remote App with your Comcast.net e-mail address

2. Click the More button on the bottom-right hand corner of the app.

3. Click Settings

4. Click TV Settings

5. Click all your boxes and then click the Test links.

 

Is anything appearing on your TVs? If not, please tell me the names, makes, and models of your boxes so I can further look into this.
