We are having an issue right now where customers are seeing orange keys when trying to play content that they subscribe to.
Our team is currently working on resolving this issue. Once I have more information to pass along, I will post it in this thread.

...interesting that I can, for instance, access my subcribed services through the partner websites but not through Comcast.com right now.
The strange part is that it's working fine on my iPad through the app, but I get the key on my iMac and my pc. Seems like this is a problem that's happened a few times over the last year or so. You'd think you just at Comcast would have it figured out by now and make it so the problem doesn't happen. Whadayagonnado....
As braindrum has stated, this issue has been fixed. Our team is still monitoring it so it doesn't re-appear but orange keys should no longer appear over videos that you subscribe to.
Just to answer your other posts:
The issue was on Xfinitytv.com only. The XFINITY TV Player App and our partner sites were not affected by this issue.

I have never been able to access subscriptions via the website on any computer I own. Everything always shows as locked except basic cable - I don't even know if that works.. You would think this would be fixed by now. What is the point of having anywhere access that does not work ever?
