Live listing freezing up.

everything works except for the live listings they constantly freeze up I'm on a Droid Turbo 2. Anyone else experiencing this.

I am having the same problem today. I can only a scroll to channel 16 then it freezes. Customer service said it had to do with my user name not being enabled by the system for this one problem. It is not working on Android or Kindle devices. It is being sent to second tier tech support.
