Live Stream Playback errors (Error 525|3222)

I already deleted my cache and browser history as suggested by comcast.

Still not getting playback on CNN Live

The issue was identified and resolved. Our team is now monitoring it to make sure things stay steady. Please let me know if you still see any issues.

This is SOOO annoying!!!!  I get this error all the time... No surprise HERE again with it.  Can't see HNL or CNN

watching CNN online

I can't play CNN live online.  it keeps saying I need to buy a subscription to watch!

YES! Me, too. HLN and CNN seem to be the only affected networks. For what I paid, these bugs should not occur so frequently.

I am having the same issues Error 525|3222. I have done everything they suggested to do to fix it to no avail. Smiley Sad

I am getting the same error and have tried and additional PC in my home and got the same error. This is a signal issue not a Cache or Cookies issue.

Same thing happening to me. Actually, just about everyday after I've been watching HLN for a few hours, it shuts itself off and tells me I should buy a subscription. But today I'm getting the Playback Error like the others here. I emptied my cache, history, and cookies, closed and re-opened my browser, tried using a different browser - nothing is working.

Hi all,

 

We are currently having issues with our CNN, HLN, Pac-12, and Big Ten live feeds.

 

Our teams are working on fixing this now. I will update this thread when I have more information to pass along.
