Just moved and MyDVR no longer works

Just moved and MyDVR no longer works

I just moved, I kept the same DVR and everything, and now the MyDVR feature no longer works. I've tried resetting everything and nothing seems to work, I used to be able to access my dvr from my iphone and ipad. Now it shows there isn't a DVR available.

you can't just move and expect it to work, you live in a different place.  You have to go and do the synching all over again.  Go to your box guide menu and to remote set up.  Delete it.  No go back and sych and it should work in a few days.

Actually, they made me change out my account, stupid Comcast, I hate that if I move they change my account number.  Now they are saying that I might have to trade out my box even if it doesn't work.  Good job... (sarcasm)

just for fun are you sure where you moved to takes the motorola box?  you might want to make sure.
