Issues streaming live tv

I am trying to get in to stream live tv for the first time, but when i sign into the website, all that shows is my previous purchased tv shows, and they are my only options to watch.  I have tried to contact help, but it was no help.  It doesnt give me the option to change the listings or even watch anything on demand.  This is pretty frustrating.

Sorry you're having trouble. Have you moved or otherwise recently disconnected an account? It sounds like the username you are using is associated with a disconnected account (one that had previous purchases on it). Probably best to call 800-XFINITY and check with the billing department.

The apps and website are set up to allow access for disconnected accounts but only to previously purchased TV shows and movies.

Hope this help!
