IS THIS THE ROOT CAUSE OF OUR TV *SCHEDULING* & DVR PROBLEMS?

I came across the following artcle in the dsl reports forum, interesting read:

I see a comcast app on that page, so I say it's everything not the website. Just an expired license that comcast hasn't been willing to renew without force.
