I am receiving a "Video access 5062" message on my iPad

I am receiving a "Video Access 5062" message on my iPad TV Go app, so streaming stopped functioning.  What's up?  Can't find ANY support from Xfinity to resolve this problem.  Any suggestions?  I reloaded the APP multiple times.
