I'm not sure why I am having issues. It should not be this complicated to watch a video.

Please go to www.xfinitytv.com/computer and copy the information you see on-screen and paste it in this thread so we can further assist you. Please include the URLs of the videos that you are trying to watch.

 

Also, what is happening when you are trying to play a video? Are you getting an error message? Blank or black screen? Please be as specific as possible.
