Have to keep reactivating Disney app.

I keep having to reactivate my Disney and Disney XD app on both my iPad and AppleTV on almost a weekly basis and its really annoying. I contacted Disney and their response was that I should only need to activate once but that it is sometimes reset by service providers. They suggested I contact my service provider, Comcast, to get this problem fixed. Is there anything Comcast can do to fix this problem?

Same problem here.  

 

Been happening for a few months.  This is particularly frustrating because the Disney apps are really meant for kids so requiring them to go through the process which is complicated for a child, and requires a parents log in info which I don't share with them, isn't a good option.

 

Disney channel says this is the service provider's action.  Comcast of course has no idea how to fix there own technical issues (don't even get me started on their WiFi equipment or the X1 boxes....) much less an Apple TV.

 

Any ideas from anyone out there?
