HD DVR and xfinity App

HD DVR and xfinity App

I just installed a new HDDVR box. When I try to use the xfinity application on my iPhone it says I have two tv's available and I only have one. Plus neither one controls my tv. The application is not working. How do I reset my application and get the app to work again?

When was the box installed? I ask because it can take up to 72 hours to fully sync.

 

Also, what is the make and model of your new box?

Hello Joe. I have the same problem. Except it shows I have two tvs which I do have. But now I can't control my DVR With my IPad. I have the Motorolla DCT6412 III

Is the Motorola DCT6412 new?

 

Was your old box a DCX3425R (which was not compatible with DVR Manager)? This is the box your account is still showing. I refreshed your credentials to see if it updates. Please let me know in 24 hours if this is still an issue.
