HBO subscription problem on XfinityTV Website

I have an HBO subscription and watch The Newsroom on my TV at home through having an HBO subscription. But when I sign into my account on my Mac and try to watch The Newsroom through the XfinityTV website, it does not allow me to and says an HBO subscription is required to view this program. I don't understand because I have a subscription, I watch it on my TV at home, and when on the XfinityTV website I am signed into my own account. Please help, I'm missing my favorite show The Newsroom!

Hello,

You can try the following:

Delete your browser cookies,cache and temp files.

Be sure you have the latest silverlight

http://www.microsoft.com/getsilverlight

Be sure you have the latest adobe flash

Make sure that you are signed in with your Comcast.net e-mail address or Comcast ID.

 

If you are not signed in or are signed in with a non-Comcast account, our site will not be able to verify your subscriptions.

 

If you are signed in with your Comcast.net e-mail address or Comcast ID and are still having issues, please go here and see if the network you are trying to watch is listed under "Premium Networks you can access online" near the top of the page.
