I already have an HBO and TBS subscripton, but Xfinity TV online is saying that I need to subscribe to even watch the programs, can I please get some help so that I can get this fixed?
This is a known problem with our video on demand right now. We are working on getting it fixed.
Well you fixed it for a short while, but then it decided to turn into the same problem again. It wants me to subscribe to HBO when I already have the subscription.
I completed a database refresh for both of you. In a normal situation, that should fix the problem with the not authorized errors.
I also contacted our operations center and was told that this problem has not been fully resolved yet, so we are still having technical problems with the video on demand. Unfortunately, they were not able to give me a ETR at this time.
Do you mind refreshing mine again....A majority of the channels are saying that they do not work on the online on demand. I am not able to watch basically anything
Same here essentially, and its been happening for months, I'll be watch an HBO series, or a Starz one, and as soon as an episode ends and I try to go to the next one, suddenly it says I don't have a subscription, even though on the page where you list the special channels we're paying for it still says I DO have a subscription... its been going on for months.. whens it finally going to get fixed?
I'm having the same issue today - it was working fine yesterday. I tried the chat with Comcast and they reset my cable box - I wasn't aware there was a connection between me watching shows on my laptop online away from home and my set top box at home.I'm going to give it a few minutes and try again.
Has anybody received an official notice from Comcast on how to prevent this from happening?
