HBO Subscription Only

HBO Subscription Only

In the middle of watching premium channel shows all of a sudden when I go to play the next episode it says "HBO Subscribers only" Or "Showtime subscribers only" etc. I HAVE both and watch both regularly. It's annoying especially when I PAY for it! I tried logging out and logging back in, I tried restarting my browser... I think if i pay for these services I should be able to use them no?

Try deleting your cookies and cache then try watching videos again.

 

If that does not work, try using a different web browser and let me know if it works. This is not a permanent solution but it will help us narrow down your issue.

I am having a problem with being told that I am not a subscriber to the premium channels and I know I have a subscription and I am not going to pay more than I already am paying to watch online.  I used to be able to watch whatever I want online and now am having nothing but problems.  I subscribe to all of the premium channels.  I pay $207.32 per month for my total xfinity package and when I want to watch online I should be able to watch.

I am still having this issue with HBO, CInemax, Showtime, etc. For several days now. Says I'm not a subscriber, even though I am. This is not a cookie/browser issue, as it occurs on multiple machines and devices (iPad/iPhone) as well.

Are you still signing in with your comcast.net e-mail address or Comcast ID?

 

Are the channels working on the computer?

 

Also, try using a different web browser and let me know if it works. This is not a permanent solution but it will help us narrow down your issue.

Yes I am signing in with my Comcast.net email address. 

 

I have tried many different browsers across many different machines. All perform the same. The XfinityTV iOS app is the same as well. It says I am not a subscriber to those networks. And to be clear, I subscribe to all Premium Channels, and I have always been able to access that content online. It only stopped working as of a few days ago.

I am also having the same problem when trying to watch HBO. I have been having this problem for a few months now. I do have a subscription. I can watch the other premium channels that I have online just not HBO. I have cleared my cookies and try to watch via Firefox and IE. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is HBO working through your set-top box on your TV?

 

Are other premium channels working online when signed in with your Comcast.net e-mail address or Comcast ID?

Now that's what I call fast service!!!  All my channels are working online. Thanks so much for your help.
