HBO Go and Wifi hotspots unavailable after move

After moving and transferring my service to a new address, I no longer have access to HBO Go or Wifi hotspots:

HBO Go is no longer authorized, and the Xfinity website returns "Sorry, there was an error loading this page. Your account has not been charged." during authoirzation.

Call Comcast @ 1-800-266-2278 or 1-800-934-6489 and speak with a CSR about your account...you may need to have entitlements refreshed on your box(es).
