HBO GO Activation Not working -- Error message

I am trying to activate HBO GO on my Apple TV and every time I choose my device and ISP, I log in and it takes me to a page that says "Sorry, there was an error loading this page. Your account has not been charged." What does this mean and why is it happening? Help please...

Hi ktrlawson1, I am not showing that you are subscribed to HBO through Comcast, but if you are looking to add TV to your account please respond to my private message and I will see what packages we have available in your area.

 

If you are wanting to use HBO without a subscription to cable, I would recommend looking for the APP HBO NOW which you will have to visit HBO's site to subscribe.
