I would like to know how to be able to speak to someone from comcast that can and will actually listen to and act on customer complaints

That figures. They want my money but don't want to answer my questions. Terrible. I hope everyone leaves comcast.

You must not have read the link...  Comcast offers 2 forums staffed with Comcast Official Employees, phone support, social media in the form of Twitter & Facebook and online chat.
