Getting "device not compatible" message on Galaxy s Tab

Cant download the app without gettin the error message. Is there a fix for this or somthing I can do.

My galaxy tab s worked until yesterday.  I uninstalled it per the request of comcast and now I can not load it at all because galaxy play advising devise not compatible?  What happened in the last couple of days?  Why did it work but now it is not and I can not reload it?
