Getting 5062 error message

Getting 5062 error message

I was watching a video last night & in the middle of the show, it stopped & an error message came up - "This video cannot be played! Sorry, (show name) is currently unavailable. 5062." I closed the browser, cleared my cache, but keep getting the same error message for every show I attempt to watch. I'm not having any problem streaming on any other website, including those that need a cable subscription validation like AMC, just Xfinity. What's going on?

I have the same problem. Comcast support is less than useless.

Are there any updates on this issue? It's getting a little old...Been happening to me for far too long.
