Fullscreen option non-availability

After selecting a movie to watch online the large screen presents no option to go full screen and then it pops up very quickly and promptly goes to a smaller screen with no more chance to enlarge the screen,  What is up with that?

I am sorry that you are having video issues.

 

It just sounds like your browser's view is either zoomed in or zoomed out too much. Under the view menu in your browser, choose Zoom to be "reset" or "actual size" and the video should play normally.

 

If you do not know how to do this, please tell me your operating system and browser settings so we can walk you through it.

 

Let me know the results.

PLEASE TRAIN YOUR INEPT HELP DESK TO HELP USERS WITH THIS EASY FIX.  I WASTED HOURS TRYING TO FIX THIS.   Besides the fact that your website is slow as slow can be, the search functionality does not work, the history link is broken...  Pathetic effort comcast!
