Flashplayer update

Flashplayer update

I have been watching TV Series and movies with no problem until I watched Horrible Bosses today with no issue. Now it demands I update Flash Player, which I did and see latest version on my computer, but your site insists I update my Flash Player. WHY WON'T YOUR SYSTEM WORK ALL OF A SUDDEN AND EVEN DOWNLOADING FLASH PLAYER, RESTARTING MY SYSTEM, AND DELETING TEMP. FILES AND COOKIES IT STILL SAYS I MUST DOWNLOAD FLASH PLAYER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Start by running the tool that shows details on your players and other information by going to this LINK and sharing the information in a reply.

 

That will help when ComcastJoe gets onto the forum during the day.

Are videos on Xfinitytv.com no longer working or is just this Flash Player pop-up keep appearing? I ask because Horrible Bosses uses the Silverlight video player.
