Few Dark Shadows episodes not working

Few Dark Shadows episodes not working

Can't get any of the Dark Shadows (1991) episodes to run.  I click on "play", screen just stays black - commercial doesn't even start.

 

I can watch other shows, just can't get these to work.

 

I should also mention that the very first time I tried it, it worked and I watched maybe 2 minutes and had to close the window - now that I try to come back or watch any Dark Shadows episode, it won't work.  I've tried clearing my brower cache, restarting, clearing the xfinity history - nothing seems to work.

Only episodes 4, 6, and 12 are not working.

Could you double check that? I can watch 4, 9, and 11, but NOT the others.

More confusion: on http://xfinitytv.comcast.net/watch/Dark-Shadows/5209071174754341112/full-episodes the "Ep#" matches the "Episode #" for "Ep2" and "Ep3". But "Ep4" is missing, and for "Ep5" above, the "Ep#" and the "Episode #" are off by 1:

I am going by the title of the episode and not the episode number.

Thanks for looking into this - I've not been able to watch any of them.  I initially started watching "Episode 1 (Pilot)", watched maybe two minutes and had to leave.  When I came back, the pilot wouldn't start - I tried other episodes and none of them would work either.  I didn't try every episode, but I'll take a look to see if some work and others don't.
