First, Fox News is not listed on On Demand, so I can't catch up on shows.  Is this because Comcast is owned by NBC?  Considering what I pay for Comcast each month this is unacceptable.

 

Secondly, for the last few days, I go to the FOX app to watch a live show, and a show I had access to, is now locked (key symbol).  Causing me to have to start the whole log-in process again.  Why??

@ITLHAPN - Did you get the same error message as barnesfern?

 

@Wgal1 - 1)  We upload the content provided to us by the networks. 2) What device do you use? If the app was recently updated it will sign you out. Works the same way for most of the apps. If you haven't used an app for a long time - it will sign you out as well. We don't control these processes for other apps.
