Errors 566 & 567, unable to view On Demand programming on my computer

I cannot view Xfinity TV or On Demand programming on my Mac computer. Whenever I load something those error numbers are referenced. I have, twice, gone thru a detailed process to 'remove and reinstall Flash' on my computer with NO success.

There were 'pages' of listing of queries about these errors with NO specific solution other than the 'flash' update which does nothing.

 

I can view programming on my Xfinity App on my iPhone (screen too small), and iPad2 (also too small), and sometimes Airplay will work to TV via Apple TV. But not thru my Mac. ONLY the generated error #'s.

 

Also not sure where to find posted solutions which may follow this query? Have asked this several times previously and searched for a time after for any responses......but nothing.
