I try logging and going to Xfinity's online tv and I keep getting this message. Confused

may not be related, but I got that message on my laptop and on my phone it was "you've logged in succcessfully, but you must be a user of xfinity to use this feature". Both messages were due to my privacy settings, etc. being tied to an old rental unit account we had that wasn't transferred to our new address. Took awhile via chat for them to figure it out, but finally got to the bottom of it....
