(Error xacsa.challenge.400: Http error on Challenge Request: Bad Request)

I am in Germany and cannot watch live TV or see my DVR manager;

I get the message over & over:

Sorry, we're having some trouble - XFINITY® TV is not available at the moment. Please try back soon. - (Error xacsa.challenge.400: Http error on Challenge Request: Bad Request)

HOWEVER:  When I go through the Watch ESPN web and it signs me into Xfinity I have NO problem watching.

Is there some extra firewall?

You can only stream and download content from within the USA due to rights restrictions. If you download content (On Demand or Cloud DVR) while in the USA you can watch from anywhere in the world.
