Error setting up DVR recording from remote laptop and mobile app

Dear Support Person,

 

I have set up DVR recordings remotely in the past, but it doesn't seem to be working now. I'm using both a Windows 7 laptop and an 8.1 desktop, and an Android report.

 

The Windows app returns the following message:

 

"The STB: 000000C2E289 is unreachable. The message has been logged."

 

The Androit message that is displayed is:

 

"An unknown error occurred during this request. Please try again."

 

I appreciate any assistance you can provide.

The DVR is not communicating the the system....try to do a power rest, allow for reinitialization of DVR and then try again.
