Error message when trying to watch videos.

Error message when trying to watch videos.

Below is a copy of the error message I am getting when I try to watch shows on my computer.  I have a subscription and I did what it told me to do but I still get this error message.    

 

This video cannot be played.

We've experienced a playback error. (Error 570)

Please try deleting your cookies and browser cache and refresh this page.

Hello,

If you have done a search in the forum you would have seen that this error message came up numerous of times. Look to see if there is a solution that has already been posted or see what additional info is needed to help you get your problem resolved. If your problem is different then other customers then posted you problem and someone will get back to you.

Please go to www.xfinitytv.com/computer and copy the information you see on-screen and paste it in this thread so we can further assist you.

 

Also, please send the URLs of the videos that you are trying to watch.
