What does this mean? I can't watch ANYTHING without this popping up. Please help.

I did, it's not the same error code as I am getting, but I still did what was suggested in that thread to no avail.

 

Anything is else you can suggest?

Not a helpful or insiteful response. No posts above. No videos play. Refreshing browser, as suggested, does not work.

 

Please fix, is an appropriate request.

at this point there is no awnser for anyone and it isant helpful to make duplicate subjects.

I am getting the same error code.  Does anyone know what it means or how to fix it?  Is it the same problem but different code as the sticky mentioned above?
