Error message 6036 while trying to watch Tangled.

Is there a driver or something I need to download to watch movies from Comcast? I get the message 6036 when I hit play.

you need to have the most current versions of flash and silverlight.  try clearing your cookies and cache and update those two programs.  you can also try a different browser
