Error ftde.provision.accountMismatch

When ever I try to use Xfinity stream and try to logon I get this error

 

Error ftde.provision.accountMismatch

 

Is there anyway to resolve this issue, I can find no answer in the forums.

you posted this in the stream site (for pc's using a browser). what is the device you are using and what is the operating system. if using a browser have you tried chrome?

I have this problem with both Safari and Chrome.

I'm having this issue as well in Chrome and Edge. Is there anyway that you can help me with this?
