Error Message 3222

Error Message 3222

I keep getting this error message 3222, which states the video is not currently available. I have cleared by cookies, cache, logged in & out. Any ideas?

uninstall reinstall silverlight, make sure flash is current, try turning off fire wall and antivirus, reboot

I had the same problem, using Google Chrome, and changing the settings to allow full access for Chrome and Comcast Access on my McAfee firewall worked.  Good luck.
