Error Code When Scheduling A Recording From Browser

I have an X1. I'm trying to schedule the NBA Warriors Game from my web browser so I can watch it from my TV when I get home.  I log in to xfinitytv.comcast.net and search for the game then click record.  I then get this error:

 

Sorry, but we're not able to schedule this recording right now.
We're working on it and should have it fixed shortly.
Please try again later.

 

Error Code: RDVR-928

 

I can record from home using my remote control with no problems. I have never been able to schedule a recording from my web browser.  Please help.

do you have a smart phone/tablet (apple or android)? if so get and run the xfinity TV and xfinity TV Remote app. both allow you to schedule remotely both quickly and easily.
