Google Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer I get the same error. Can You please help with this issue.

Try using a different web browser and let me know if it works. This is not a permanent solution but it will help us narrow down your issue.

Do you have any anti-virus software or ad-blocking software installed?

Disable Microsoft Security Essentials and then try watching a video again. This will help us narrow down the issue. Nomatterifthevideoplaysornot, enableMSEagainrightafter

 

If it is still not working, what type of internet connection are you on? Wired or Wireless?

 

Where are you accessing the internet from? (Home, Public Wi-fi, Work, etc.)

disabeling microsoft essentials did not work..  and I am accessing the internet through public wi-fi..

Are you able to try on any other internet locations like your home or another public connection? I ask because the connection might just be what is causing this issue.
