Error 900|3329.412.7005 when trying to watch The Blacklist S2 E4

I am trying to load Episode 4, Season 2 of The Blacklist.  It begins to load, then an error message pops up:

 

"Sorry, we've experienced some difficulty playing The Blacklist S2 / E4 "Dr. Linus Creel."  Please refresh your browser to continue where you left off. 900|3329.412.7005"

 

When I refresh, the same thing happens and the same message comes up.  Other shows seem to load fine (both ads and tv content) and even episode 5 of this show loads fine.

 

What is going on? What does this error mean?  It's very odd to only have trouble with one episode of one show.
