This comes up along with the message "Sorry, we've experienced some difficulty playing your video." on Band of Brothers episode 5. I'm really getting sick of the countless problems comcast has...
Getting very tired of these types of errors on movies shown on comcast. I subscribe to a number of services from this company and it is an expensive monthy bill. I get this error code ( Error 900|101000.101004.101007) watching "Absolution"
and the movie keeps recycling to ads at the same point in the movie. Then it plays the same ad 2 times one after another thenloops into other ads. This needs to be fixed. It has happened other times with other movies and usually at about 2/3 the way through, not allowing you to see the ending. Listen comcast fix this! There are alternatives to your services that I am now looking at.
Ok this is continuing to be a very common occurence when I am watching streaming live tv and movies. Is the problem with chrome (latest version) or with Comcast? I mean, every day, often mutiple times in a day is unacceptable. My tv is being replaced so I am trying to watch on my laptop and the streaming live tv choices are so limited and there is so much buffering or loss of the stream, I feel like I am contuing to pay to watch my tv package but cannot.
I suspect that the error just means that the Comcast systems have experienced 'some difficulty playing the video', I am sure it is just a transitory problem and the engineers will have it taken care of in no time.
I am positive it was just a one-off occurance - I myself have only experianced it a few dozen times in the last week of viewing tv live on my computer. No more then 4 or five times a show
Same error, received today 20+ times, and google hasn't turned up any answers. I will turn to other content providers for the rest of the evening - unfortunately Comcast hasn't even acknowledged the problem, and still gets $120/mo from me. All because I only want internet access.
keep on getting this same error. I'm a college student with nothing better to do than wasting my time devouring seasons upon seasons of tv shows. I pay way too much money to be having technical difficulties. Get off your butts and fix the problem
I have tried to watch Orphan Black season two and every time I play any episode, the video will work for about a minute, and then this error automatically shows and interrupts the show. I have tried to play it over 15 times, and I have been trying to research fixes and have been updating Java and Flashplayer, but it continues to give me problems. Looking at all the comments before mine, it is fairly rediculous that this many people are having issues continually and no one from Comcast is utilizing any sort of customer feedback for us.
I'm trying to watch Boardwalk Empire and the video keeps stopping and forcing me to refresh the screen. Very annoying. I wish Comcast at least had a tech that you could chat with online. Even if they can't fix the problem, at least they could tell you if it's being worked on, etc.
Been happining a lot with me too lately. doesnt seem to be specific to any particular show. makes watching anything a pain. I get about two minutes of content, then it crashes, then I wait to refresh and then I have to rewatch the previous minute.
This has been happening quite often in the past few days. Have tried on both Firefox and Chrome and get the error either way. This is definitely a Comcast issue and they really need to fix it or atleast aknowledge the problem. I Keep having to refresh - it's happened with almost every show I've tried to watch lately. What is up??
Happening every 5-10 seconds while trying to watch The Blacklist.
It's no wonder that people pirate these shows. Comcast can't even keep their own sites running to deliver what people pay for!
900|101000.101004.101007 I've been getting this error consistently while watching the Wire for the last week and a half. It'll let me watch a couple episodes, then it just stops letting content load. It's obnoxious.
For the past 10 minutes I have received this error. everytime I refresh same error. But I have noticed certain things that do affect your veiwing pleasure on Comcast. If you try surfing the web in another tab when an ad comes on you increase the chances of seeing that ad back to back to back to back. which makes you hit refresh before your head explodes. Just to get the same ad. Gotta love comcast
Having this error for the past two days. Submitted a ticket over the phone tonight. This is my last straw with Comcast. If they can't resolve this I'll be moving to a new ISO.
Depends on the show. Most movies and shows are flawless. Others will get stuck on an ad, then restart the movie, and repeat like a stuck record. Some shows unplayable. Was trying to watch Game of Thrones....ep s1 10 was flawless. But s2 1 after refreshing 10 times I got fed up and skipped to s2 2...very annoying...still had to refresh....i am at home on direct connection with comcast cable. tried to watch on three different computers, three different web programs, same thing every time, often in the same spot in the video. Honestly its cheaper to just buy all the videos on DVD then to subscribe to comcast. At least lately the internet service is consistant, usually it goes down several times a day, and you cant call them unless you have an alternate phone since the phone connected to thier system wont work either. They really dont care period.
What is the issue with Comcast in our area? I have never been able to watch HBO on demand without stuttering and pausing. Now this is happening with Showtime. I get this error when I try to watch the listed movie. Terrible Comcast!
Sorry, we’ve experienced some difficulty playing August: Osage County.

I am getting this same error for The Good Witch , season 1 latest episode (3). Updated the adobe flash. still no luck. Other episodes of the same series are working.
streampix has never worked on my pc. it will only work exclusively on my cable box. i can watch network tv and hbo content online but i have to go to their respective "go" websites instead. maybe if they stopped using flash (which everybody knows just keeps getting worse) and switched to something like silverlight maybe they wouldn't have so many problems. i've read many threads on these forums about this issue going back several years. they're trying to compete with netflix and amazon and probably failing miserably since this is an entirely inferior version.
