Completely uninstall Silverlight from your computer. To do that:

 

  1. Click Start and select Settings, then Control Panel.
  2. Select Add or Remove Programs.
  3. Choose Microsoft Silverlight.
  4. Click Remove.
  5. Click YES to Uninstall Microsoft Silverlight.

 

Then click here and download an older version of Silverlight and try again.

 

Let me know the results.
