Error 6036

Error 6036

Called comcast because my my movies for premium channels were locked.  They requested that I clean out my cache.  Now I get an error 6036 saying my graphics card is no good.  How is that when I can still play netflix.  This needs to be fixed immediately.

Please go to www.xfinitytv.com/computer and copy the information you see on-screen and paste it in this thread so we can further assist you.

 

Also, please send the URLs of the videos that you are trying to watch.
