Error 6003

Error 6003

When I try to view some videos, I receive the following error message:  "Silverlight DRM support is not enabled.  Error 6003."  None of the suggested solutions, including deleting and reinstalling Silverlight has resolved the problem.  Talking to a Comcast rep did not solve the problem.

Have you checked to see if you had DRM support enabled? To do that, go here for step-by-step instructions:
