Error 6002

Hello-

I am getting an error code of 6002 when trying to watch all videos. I have unistalled/ reinstalled Silverlight, and also tried from home. Any help?

The solution worked, but only in IE, not Chrome, which is my normal browser. Thanks. Now having the 3 device error as posted above. Hopefully I can watch Weeds tonight.
