I tested Hangover Part II and found no issues but what specific Snow White clips are you trying to watch?

Re: Error 6002

bbenj1,

You are using an outdated version of Microsoft Silverlight.

Please completely uninstall Silverlight from your computer and then try watching The Hangover Part II again. You will now be prompted to install Silverlight. Please follow the on-screen instructions and then let me know if the video now plays.

Thanks,
Joe

Try using a different web browser and let me know if it works. This is not a permanent solution but it will help us narrow down your issue.

Re: Error 6002

I installed Google Chrome and it appears to work fine.  So must be an issue with IE v9?

Which version of IE9 are you using? The 64-bit or the 32-bit?

Please follow one of these steps:

1) Download Service Pack 1 for Windows 7. Service Pack 1 is required for Silverlight to work in IE9 64-bit.

2) Use IE9 32-bit or another web browser like Firefox.

Re: Error 6002

As I said, I installed Google Chrome and it works fine.  I really don't want to install IE9 32bit on my 64bit OS.
