Error 6002

Error 6002

Get this on ALL premium shows, HBO, STARZ, SHOWTIME, etc

using IE. Works OKAY using Firefox. Worked okay for IE until about

two weeks ago.

 

Tried uninstalling and reinstalling Silverlight.

Not all videos may be working on Internet Explorer 9 32-bit or 64-bit versions. Our team is currently working on this issue.

 

In the meantime, please use one of these browsers to watch videos:

 

Goggle Chrome 16

 

Safari 5.1

 

Firefox 9.0

Also, what do you mean when you say it works Ok in Firefox? Slow? Choppy? Sound? etc.
