Error 525/6000

I keep getting this error on everything I try to play despite going through the troubleshooting methods they recommend (I am on a Mac).

 

This video cannot be played.

Sorry, this video is currently unavailable. (Error 525|6000)

I tried watching Homeland, Nurse Jackie, and Newsroom and got the same error for all.  Here is the information you requested.  Thank you in advance for your help.

Homeland still isnt working for me, same error for three days.

Try using a different web browser and let me know if it works. This is not a permanent solution but it will help us narrow down your issue.

I am having the same issues. Tried all three browsers (mac) and non work, all gave the same error.  It was specific to showtime shows that I tested.. other shows worked (ie the office)

Completely uninstall Silverlight from your computer. Then download and install Silverlight from the appropriate link below:

 

Mac users 

 

Follow all the on-screen instructions and then try playing videos again. Let me know the results.

I am sorry but that video has expired but the link was still appearing on the website when you tried to play it.

 

Are you having any issues with any other The Big Bang Theory episodes?

This is a patched version that fixes most video playback issues.

 

Follow all the on-screen instructions and then try playing videos again. Let me know the results.
